Etienne Wurtz, CEA-INES - BATIMENTS BBC ET BEPOS : QUELS CHANGEMENTS DANS LA PRISE EN COMPTE DES USAGES ? COMMENT REDUIRE LES CONSOMMATIONS PAR LA SENSIBILISATION DES USAGERS ? The idea consists to bring solutions to building actors for upcoming challenges in energy management in residential buildings. Many technical solutions have been proposed so far, but without considering sufficiently actors as key. It is generally considered that energy management can be done by measurement and computation means with few contributions of actors. The idea consists to explore a new paradigm: a user centric energy management system, where user needs and tacit knowledge drive the search of solutions. These are calculated thanks to a flexible energy model of the living areas. On parle souvent de performance énergétique des bâtiments, mais on oublie aussi trop souvent qu'ils ont comme objectif essentiel de maintenir une bonne Qualité des Environnements Intérieurs. Si cette qualité n'est pas atteinte les occupants réagissent sur le bâtiment, les actions conduisent malheureusement la plupart du temps à une dégradation du bâti ou une surconsommation. C'est donc en comprenant les interactions fortes entre les êtres humains et leur environnement à diverses échelles qu'on peut arriver à résoudre une partie des problèmes. - - |
